Dongyang dried noodles

Using soft rice as raw material, it is made by soaking in water, grinding, mixing cakes, steaming trees, mortar, shredding, steaming, washing and drying in the sun. It is as white as snow, fine as silk, and has good toughness, which is enough to be loved by people. Dongyang dried vermicelli is said to have been produced in Ming Dynasty. The main producing areas are Xiaxitan, Dongshantou, Shanglinkou, Hengjin, Maeda, Huangshanzhuang, Xianshanjiao and Yangxi in Dongyang.
