Shangtian strawberry is a specialty of Shangtian Town, Fenghua City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Shangtian Town, Fenghua is the hometown of strawberries in China, with a strawberry base of 10,000 mu. Strawberries are sweet, bright and nutritious, and are deeply loved by tourists. The southeast of Shangtian Town is rich in cash crops such as rice, strawberries, watermelons and vegetables, and has the reputation of "the first town of strawberries in China" and "the hometown of strawberries in Zhejiang". According to the determination of the Green Food Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the soluble isomorphism of fresh strawberry "Fengxiang" is more than 8%, and the sugar content is more than 10 degrees, while the sugar content of high-quality large fruit-shaped varieties "Hongqiao" and "Zhangji" is more than 12 degrees, reaching 14.5 degrees at the highest.
