Zhouxiang mustard tuber is a specialty of zhouxiang town, Cixi City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Zhouxiang town mustard tuber is round and even in shape, crisp and tender in texture, plump in meat quality, bright in color and low in hollowness. Therefore, it is fresh, fragrant, crisp and tender after processing, moderately salty and spicy, delicious in taste, rich in nutrition and suitable for eating in all seasons.
