Juejie

Dried large yellow croaker, a traditional famous product, was named after it was produced in Juexi Town, Xiangshan. Jue Jie's plastid is as white as jade, and it is famous for its unique flavor. Jue Jie can be eaten alone, or stewed with fresh meat and ham. It is very fragrant and popular, and "Jie Jie Roast Chicken" and "Sanhuang Soup" are all famous dishes on the table.
