Thousands of temples

Qianzhang Temple Head is a specialty of Miaotou Town, Shuyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. Miaotou Qianzhang is a local food produced by traditional craft in Miaotou Town. It is famous for its thinness, flexibility, pure fragrance, elasticity, elongation and retraction, and excellent taste. Thousand sheets, also known as hundred pages (leaves), are a kind of bean products. Thousands of temple heads have been registered as "Blue Ocean" brand trademarks, and their products have entered the national market and won the title of "Local Famous Products" in Suqian City. It's hard to know when thousands of temples originated, except that Yuan Mei, a great poet in Qing Dynasty, mentioned "Shuyi West" tofu and thousands of them in relevant articles. In his cookbook with the garden, he advocated the use of delicacies to give Shuyi tofu or thousands of seasonings. It is enough to show that during the eight to ten years of Qianlong (1743~1745), when Yuan Mei dominated Shuyi, the tofu and thousands of pieces of "Shuyi West" had a reputation. It is also difficult to find out who made thousands of "Shuyi West". I only know that in the last years of the Qing Dynasty, Miaotou Town and Gaoliu Town in the northwest of Shucheng had two families with thousands of masters, the surname of Miaotou Town was Zhong and the surname of Gaoliu Town was Shi. Before and after the founding of the Republic of China, Zhongshi, a master of thousands of pieces in Miaotou Town, "sold" thousands of pieces together with his craftsmanship to Cao Shi in Lengzhuang; Cao Yu 'an of Lengzhuang is the inheritor of thousands of copies in Cao Shi. Fifty-one of the 54 households in the whole group made thousands of copies, which were made by traditional technological process. Thousands of copies in other places produced 90 copies each, while those in Miaotou produced 130~170 copies each. There is no additive pollution in the production process, which belongs to green food, can make a variety of delicious food, is rich in iron, calcium and vitamins, and is a good product for home, banquet or gift.
