Ding Zhuang Jin Zhen

Suyu County has a long history of planting daylily. Legend has it that schistosomiasis was prevalent in the Three Kingdoms period, and Hua Tuo went to treat the people. Later generations saw that the shape of day lily was just like Hua Tuo's golden lily, so they called it day lily. The most famous dish is the "Dingzhuang cuisine" produced in Dingzui Township. It has a strong body, a dark mouth and a bright body, thick and delicious meat, healthy body, calming the nerves and rich nutrition. "Ding Zhuang Da Cai" has participated in Nanyang Quanye Association, Panama International Expo, China Agricultural Exhibition and Guangzhou Commodity Fair.
