Luoma lake whitebait

Luoma lake whitebait, with an annual output of more than 300 tons, sells well all over the country and is exported to Japan, South Korea and other places. It is a special food for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. Luoma lake whitebait is white and scalless, tender and transparent, with protein content higher than 86%, fat content lower than 7% and amino acid content higher than 48.5%. It is an ideal aquatic product for all ages.
