Qinhu turtle

Qinhu soft-shelled turtle: Qinhu soft-shelled turtle grows in the place with dense aquatic plants and silted mud and algae. It has four characteristics: big, thick, round and black. It has the effects of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, cooling blood and lowering blood pressure. It is often made into "Farewell My Concubine" with young chickens, "Bring it to court" with soft-shelled turtle eggs, and "Night War Ma Chao" with sea cucumbers.
