Jingjiang Chinese mitten crab

Jingjiang Hairy Crab is a specialty of Jingjiang City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Jingjiang hairy crabs are of good quality. Its characteristics: green back, white belly, golden hair, jade claws, and big. These features are obvious in appearance. The food is delicious and very popular with consumers. Eriocheir sinensis is also called Yangtze crab, river crab and hairy crab. It is suitable for coastal rivers. Jingjiang takes advantage of the water resources of the Yangtze River to develop ponds on the inner side of the Yangtze River bank or the water surface on the outer side of the river beach for purse seine, fence and embankment to raise crabs, and its products keep the flavor of Chinese mitten crab. At present, the Yangtze River juvenile crab breeding base with Xilai Town and fishery farm as the leading position has been formed, and the commercial crab production base with xinqiao town and Jiang Xinzhou (Hongwei Company) as the backbone has been formed, and its products are mainly sold to countries in Southeast Asia.
