Jinbo wine is a century-old traditional famous wine in Jingjiang and one of the three treasures in Jingjiang. The emperor's requirements for health care and royal wine are very special. The eunuch has been blending for a long time and finally succeeded in brewing. This wine is called Jinbo wine because of its pure aroma, golden and bright color and health-preserving effect. Later, the eunuch retired to his hometown and introduced this secret recipe to Jingjiang. Jingjiang specialty Jinbo wine began from this. Before liberation, Jingjiang had private breweries such as Wang Jian and Tong Ji, Yu Henggong, Daheheng and Dahejin competing to produce Jinbo wine. After liberation, these workshops set up state-owned Jingjiang Brewery by public-private partnership, and continued to produce Jinbo wine. After the collapse of the enterprise, Jinbo wine brewing technology was introduced into the seasonal market. The brewing of Jinbo wine can be traced back to more than a hundred years. Jinbo liquor is based on high-quality grain liquor, and is made from 34 precious medicinal materials such as Radix Codonopsis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Chuanxiong through long-term natural fermentation and microporous filtration.
