Maqiao wonton

Maqiao wonton is a delicacy in Jingjiang. Wonton stuffing is very particular, with pork, vegetables, leeks and spinach as the main stuffing. Basically, there is a freshwater shrimp in each wonton, which is not shrimp. It tastes delicious, and the wonton skin is very thin.
