Produced in Taizhou, Jiangsu. In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, there was a man named Zou Wenqing who was proficient in medical skills and was quite eager to learn. In his thirties, he learned the hardships of farmers, developed and invented the "secret recipe of medicinal koji", and opened "Zou Tiande Pharmaceutical Winery" in Shansi Street in the north of Hailing City, the first to hang up the signboard of old medicinal liquor. Later, a person named Ying Fang, surnamed Chen, became a relative with Zou's family, and made a living with medicinal liquor. The surname Chen was the main one, taking the name "Chen Dexing", first in the East Gate, and then moved to the trade bridge of Daohe Road in the north of the city. The name of Chen Dexing Kuchen Medicine Winery has been very prominent in the second year of Qing Daoguang. Transparent color, mellow taste and no irritation.
