The origin of Dazhuo Peach is Dazhuo Town, jurong city. In 1998, the Party Committee and government of Dazhuo Town proposed to build a 10,000-mu peach garden, and a 3,500-mu high-standard peach garden was built that year. At present, it has formed a production scale of more than 6,000 mu. Experts from Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nannong University and Zhenjiang Institute of Agricultural Sciences are often invited to give lectures and Japanese fruit tree experts give on-site guidance. Dazhuo Peach is deeply loved by consumers for its large size, beautiful shape, fresh taste and reasonable price. In 1999, Xinzhuo Town Xinbaihua Peach won the gold medal in the "Winning Cup" fruit selection in Jiangsu Province. In 2003, the town sold 1320 tons of peaches, with sales exceeding 5 million yuan. In April 2003, Taoyuan successfully held the first "Peach Blossom Festival in Dazhuo Town", registered the "Dazhuo" brand peach trademark, and was led by the Peach Association, which successfully declared the national pollution-free agricultural products and famous brand agricultural products in Jiangsu Province.
