Established in August 2007, Yangzhong Shennong Wild Vegetables Professional Cooperative is a professional cooperative that artificially grows wild vegetables, develops and produces pure natural Malan leaf tea and makes dry goods. Supported by the College of Food and Biological Engineering of Jiangsu University, the cooperative has more than 40 employees, including 8 senior and intermediate technicians, and has an office building and a standard production workshop of 1,300 square meters. The cooperative has excellent office conditions and professional technical training facilities, as well as advanced equipment for making Malan leaf tea and Malan dry goods, and has won high honors successively. In 2007, it was rated as an advanced unit of high-efficiency agricultural scale construction by Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government; In 2008 and 2009, it was awarded the "Four-owned Professional Cooperatives" in Zhenjiang City and the provincial level respectively; In 2008, the planting base of professional cooperatives passed the national certification of the origin of organic products; in 2009, it obtained the national conversion certificate of organic Malan tea and Malan dried products; in 2010, it obtained the national certificate of organic Malan tea and Malan dried products; and in 2009, it was confirmed that organic Malan tea and Malan dried products were Zhenjiang famous brand products. In 2009, it was rated as a leading agricultural enterprise in Zhenjiang. At present, the cooperative has a planting area of 350 mu of Malan, of which the planting area of steel frame greenhouse is 152 mu, which drives 563 farmers. The fresh leaves of Malan are sold for about 2 million Jin all the year round, with a sales volume of more than 6.5 million yuan and a profit of about 800,000 yuan. The fresh leaves of Malan are very popular with consumers in the domestic market, and the foreign markets are mainly exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other markets through the cooperative and Suzhou Dafu Frozen Food Co., Ltd. In 2008 and 2009, he participated in the exhibition and sales of agricultural products in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuxi, Yangzhou, Xuzhou and Zhenjiang, and the products were sold as far away as Zhejiang, Hangzhou and Beijing. The cooperative will devote itself to the development and research of natural and edible health-care series foods, improve the scientific and technological content and grade of products with scientific and technological innovation, and organize and manage production and sales with modern enterprise system; Build a first-class enterprise and strive for provincial and national famous brands.
