Jinshan cuiya

Zhenjiang is rich in tea resources and has a long history of growing tea. Zhongling Spring, located in the northwest of the city, is praised as "the first spring in the world" by Cha Sheng Luyu for its excellent water quality, thus making Zhenjiang tea famous in the world. "Jinshan Cuiya" is the first brand of Zhenjiang tea, which is a high-grade green tea. The tea is made from the bud leaves of improved tea trees through fine processing. It has a flat and straight shape, green color, bright white, bright soup color and mellow taste. Since 1985, it has been rated as one of the top ten newly-created famous teas in China. It has won numerous awards and won the championship twice with high scores in national and international tea competitions.
