Hengshun pickles

Hengshun pickles are made from fresh fruits and vegetables through selection and processing, salting, dipping in high-quality flour paste, cupping and high-temperature sterilization. It has the characteristics of "bright color, rich sauce flavor, sweet and fresh taste, crisp and refreshing". Hengshun pickles have a wide variety, such as cucumber, radish head, Baota, tender ginger, jambalaya, coriander core, melon, vinegar garlic, shredded ginger cucumber, spicy oil coriander core, etc., each with its own flavor, which is an ideal side dish in people's daily life. Jinshan brand Hengshun pickles, as early as 1930s, won the first prize and excellent prize for many times in West Lake Expo, Jiangsu Products Exhibition and China Domestic Products Exhibition, won the National Silver Award in 1987 and the Gold Award in Paris International Food Expo in 1988.
