Merchants and guests often treat it as a good product when they go to Cao for official business. Dai Weiran, Song Binian, Du Wenbo, Zhou Xin, Zhao Bosheng and other provincial and municipal leaders came to Bao and tasted it several times. In the autumn of 1989, the feast of the first merchants' supply fair in Baoying County was warmly received by master Chai Jiliang, who personally made nearly 100 cages of small pink dumplings. Caodian's "Little Pink Dumpling" is a masterpiece of food culture in the history of Caodian area. Its production technology is unique, and the "Little Pink Dumpling" is excellent in color, fragrance, taste and shape. Caodian's "small rice dumplings" is an important part of Huaiyang's catering culture. It is a rare intangible cultural heritage with its unique features, complicated technology and considerable influence.
