Sagittarius sagittarius was planted in Baoying County very early. Sagittarius sagittarius tofu soup is as white as milk and delicious. It was listed as a royal tribute in the Tang Dynasty. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the production of Sagittarius sagittarius has developed rapidly. At present, the planting area of the county is 50,000 mu, with a total output of 60,000 tons. The main cultivated variety Ziyuan (Yilaowu) has good quality, moderate size, compact meat and no bitterness when eaten, which is well received by customers. Every year, during the listing period of arrowheads, foreign merchants go to the door to buy them. The processing of arrowheads is mainly for fresh-keeping export, with an annual export volume of more than 500 tons.
