Baihua gongjiu

This wine is warm and mellow, with five characteristics of sour, sweet, bitter, spicy and mellow, and is a specialty of Zhenjiang. In 1909, he participated in the international Nanyang Persuasion Association and Panama Tournament, and won excellent product certificates and gold medals. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, it was exported to Kyoto and was listed as a tribute of the emperor. Baihua tribute wine is deep yellow in color, fragrant in gas, fragrant in taste, high in sugar and low in alcohol content. Besides, it can promote blood circulation and nourish qi, warm the stomach and dispel cold, and it has become a nutrient for the elderly.
