Because the land is vast and sparsely populated, and there are many idle land, people often use grazing or the combination of grazing and house feeding to raise pigs, and pigs are cultivated under difficult conditions. Kitchen pigs are large in size, with large ears and drooping over the nose, long and straight muzzle, straight and narrow back and waist, sloping hips, solid and powerful limbs, black skin and thick fur, thick and dense fur, and dense brown-red fluff in winter, with 07 ~ 9 pairs. The adult boar of Zaozhu is 141.14 cm in length, 124.14 cm in bust and 70.89 cm in height, and the corresponding adult sows are 112.53 cm, 99.48 cm and 55.06 cm. Kitchen pigs are widely distributed and can adapt to extensive feeding conditions. Although the growth rate is slow, the carcass lean meat rate is high.
