Jianhu county traditional specialty. Fresh duck eggs which are abundant in Lixiahe area are selected, photographed and graded, put into a container containing soda ash, lime, tea, salt and alumina, combined with boiling water, soaked in a cooled tank for about a month, and then taken out, covered with mud and covered with rice husk. Then put the eggs wrapped in mud into a ceramic jar, seal them with a wooden cover, wrap them with linen sheets and hemp ropes, and store them in a ventilated and dry warehouse. It will take about one year before it can be exported.
