Sheyang winery products. Zhang Jian, a famous industrialist, introduced Hualu wine brewing technology to Sheyang in the early years of the Republic of China, and Sheyang began to brew it after 1932. On the basis of inheriting the traditional brewing technology, Sheyang Winery, through exploration and practice, used fine white glutinous rice as raw material, mixed with a certain amount of grain liquor, and fermented for more than 120 days, resulting in a sweet yellow wine. This wine is rich in flavor, sweet and mellow, nutritious, and can nourish the body if drunk frequently. At the same time, it is an excellent seasoning for cooking and seasoning, and it is also a good product for festive banquets and gifts to relatives and friends. In 1985, it was listed as a quality product in Jiangsu Province.
