Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province is one of the main garlic producing areas in China, with an annual planting area of 13,000 hectares and an annual output of about 120,000 tons of garlic moss and garlic. Sheyang is close to the Yellow Sea and landed late, with a vast territory and few people, without industrial pollution. There is a national red-crowned crane nature reserve in the territory, which is the largest green food production base in Jiangsu Province. Qinglong brand garlic moss is produced in strict accordance with the production rules of green food. In 1997, it was approved by China Green Food Development Center to use the green food logo with logo number LB-04-9701101341. It is a pollution-free food that consumers can safely eat. "Qinglong" brand garlic moss is very suitable for storage and processing, especially for export, because it adopts unique measures such as not covering plastic film, not using hormones and insisting on pulling seedlings by hand. Fresh-keeping enterprises in the county engage in foreign trade processing all the year round, and Shandong Longda Group and other vegetable exporters come to Sheyang to buy large quantities of garlic moss for processing and export every year.
