Funing ecology pork

[Ecological pork] Funing is a big pig county in the whole province, and raising ecological pigs is a new leap in Funing's pig industry. Ecological pig breeding is a new type of environmental protection pig raising technology based on fermentation bed, which does not need to clean feces and urine. Compared with the traditional pig raising method in China, its advantages are mainly embodied in "zero emission", "one improvement" and "two savings". Raising pigs in a fermentation bed requires no feed containing hormones, no growth-promoting drugs and no antibiotics during the whole feeding process. The pork produced has the characteristics of original ecology, no drug residue, good taste and fragrant meat. In July, 2008, Funing County began to organize fermentation beds to raise pigs. By July, 2009, there were 108 pig farms with more than 1,000 heads and 8 pig farms with more than 10,000 heads. The area of fermentation beds has reached 105,000 square meters, and the number of ecological pigs in the field has exceeded 75,000. In order to further build the first ecological pig-raising county in China, in 2009, the county issued an incentive policy, and set up professional cooperatives for standardized management, adopting the mode of decentralized production, centralized processing and unified sales. The products have been sold in Suzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai. By the end of the year, the area of raising pigs in the county fermentation bed can reach 200,000 square meters, and the number of ecological pigs can exceed 300,000.
