Shuo Ji "Jiang Shi Bu Page" uses green and pollution-free high-quality soybeans as raw materials, grinds them into soybean milk, filters them several times, strives for perfection, uses a 1.5-meter-diameter large iron pot instead of steam, and uses firewood to cook slowly without coal; Do not use gypsum, use bittern to make it.
