The underground spring water with excellent water quality and moderate hardness in Batan Town was used, with high-quality sorghum as raw material and wheat koji carefully made by wheat, barley and Andou as natural saccharifying starter. Reasonable ingredients, careful operation, low temperature into the pool, pinching the head and removing the tail, cutting the wine in sections, grading storage and careful blending, the physical and chemical indexes and sanitary indexes all meet the standards and reach the national famous wine indexes. After being awarded the title of high-quality product in Jiangsu Province in 1971, Wuyi Pulp Daqu has formed the trend of "five students entering the subject" with Yanghe, Shuanggou, tanggou and Gaogou Daqu in Jiangsu market. After 1984, Wuyi Pulp Winery developed 53 Wuyi Pulp Porcelain Bottle Special Qu and 38 Wuyi Pulp Crystal Bottle Special Qu, and participated in the '94 China Famous Wine Competition. At the same time, there were 58 countries and regions that participated in the competition, and there were 166 domestic famous wines. After expert password detection and several rounds of competition, the special song "530 Broken Porcelain", "38. "Crystal" is a special song, ranking 12th and 14th in domestic liquor, and Wujian liquor is well-known in Beijing. Wuyi Pulp Winery has become one of the five backbone winemakers in Jiangsu Province and the "Double Top 100" in the national winemaking industry, and its products have successively won the titles of provincial excellent, ministerial excellent and national excellent products. In 1993 and 1994, he won the gold medal in two international expositions. Over the past 30 years, with the care and support of leaders and departments at all levels, the scale of the enterprise has been growing. The factory covers an area of 220,000 square meters, with 1,500 employees, 180 engineers and technicians, 26.6 million yuan in fixed assets and 42 million yuan in current assets. It has 2,800 high-quality fermentation tanks and 4 sets of modern filling lines, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of Qu liquor and five-fermented liquor series.
