Xiangyuecao egg is a specialty of guannan county, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Guannan county Rural Moon Chicken Professional Cooperative has cultivated rural Moon Chicken with strong vitality, delicious meat and rich eggs, and the green shell grass eggs produced are rich in nutrients and supplements. Xiangyuecao egg, produced in Xin 'an Town, is a new specialty of northern Jiangsu-Xiangyuecao chicken, which is produced by crossing green-shelled grass chicken introduced from the south with pure grass chicken from northern Jiangsu. Lianyungang guannan county Xiang Yue Chicken Professional Cooperative is located in the birthplace of the mythical Erlang Temple. It was established in May 2009 with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan. The working capital of members is 15 million yuan. There are 21 new members, and 422 by the end of 2013, which has led to more than 2,100 non-cooperative members, mainly located in the province and Shandong.
