"Nanguo Tanggou wine, ten fragrant flowers open the altar", which is the ancient people's praise for Tanggou wine. Tanggou Daqu became famous in the late Ming Dynasty, and won the silver prize in Leipzig International Expo in 1915. In 1924, tanggou Daqu was exported to Japan and Southeast Asia. Today, tanggou Winery has been a large state-owned enterprise, producing four series of 36 varieties of "tanggou" Daqu and snake nutrition and health care liquid series products. Tanggou wine is colorless and transparent, full of fragrance, sweet and bitter, and has a lasting aftertaste. Tanggou series wine has won the national gold medal for 8 times and the silver prize for 15 times, and four products have passed the certification of the national Fiona Fang mark. At the fourth national wine tasting, tanggou Tequ beat the rest and was ranked fifth, followed by four of the original eight famous wines. In 1984, Tanggou wine was also selected by China's first expedition to the Antarctic and brought to the Antarctic for drinking.
