The local native product "Feathergrass Eggs" was boiled in hot springs, and the eggs in hot spring water could be eaten in about 7 minutes. Eggs boiled in hot spring water absorb the essence of spring water, the egg white is tender and smooth, the yolk is soft, with a strong mineral spring smell and a slight salty taste, and the taste is excellent.
