Rutile Rutile is a ferrous metal mineral. The metallic titanium element contained in it is silvery white, strong and light, and made into titanium alloy, which is an excellent material for aircraft manufacturing and other industries. There are not many rutile containing titanium, and there are only four titanium metal bases in China, one of which is in Donghai County, Lianyungang City. Rutile deposits in Donghai County are distributed in Luhu, Qinglong Mountain, Anfeng, Shihu and Quyang, and there are more than 200 eclogite bodies. Among them, Maobei rock mass in Anfeng Township is the largest, with a length of more than 2,200 meters from north to south and a width of 100-300 meters from east to west, with a reserve of more than 2.5 million tons. Moreover, the ore-bearing property is the best, and the rutile content in the No.1 ore body has been found to be 2.3%, with a maximum of 5.28%.
