Lianyungang wickerwork

Wickerwork handicrafts in Lianyungang have a long history. According to the supplement of Ganyu County, Liupo Luo (local wickerwork products) from Tucheng participated in the International Panama Competition in the 5th year of the Republic of China and won the fourth prize. Wickerwork artists made willow products in the cellar. People pull willows in the cellar to keep warm and damp, and the handicrafts are of good texture and not easy to break.
