Ice and snow wine

Ice and snow wine is a traditional local famous wine, which has a history of more than 200 years. It was listed as one of the famous wines at that time in Li Ruzhen's novel Jing Hua Yuan in the Qing Dynasty, and won the Jiangsu Famous Wine Exhibition Award in 1930. According to the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the wine is made from black dates, kumquat, medlar, gardenia, safflower, lotus, dried tangerine peel and other medicinal materials, with high-quality grain liquor as the base wine. This wine is sweet and refreshing, rich in aroma and soft in body. In 1994, it became a producer product of Shanghai Medical University. Many famous nutrition and health care experts in the school pointed out that this wine has the effects of "strengthening the heart and strengthening the brain, soothing the liver and regulating qi, nourishing blood and strengthening the spleen" and is a treasure of health care wine.
