There are jujube paste, five kernels, sand washing, etc., which are very delicious. Each piece retails for 4 copper coins and is sold with steaming. Some people can't resist its temptation, so they taste it in the store. More people buy it for the whole family to enjoy. People often buy it as road food when they travel far away. Because the stone harbor cake is well known, many people use it as a gift for relatives and friends in spring. As a gift, the store will use two pieces of flat bamboo baskets to cover the cool cake, lined with boiled bamboo leaves in the south of the Yangtze River, covered with shop signs and tied with red wool, which is beautiful, elegant, clean and hygienic. After the reform and opening up, the production of Shigang cake is busier and the process is more scientific and reasonable. Within a month before and after the Qingming Festival every year, the retail and wholesale of cakes in the Shek Kong market can be seen everywhere.
