Suzhou water chestnut

Suzhou water chestnut is famous for its sweetness, crispness, convenience for cooked food and suitability for processing. After liberation, Suzhou water chestnut was also used as the first choice for processing canned water chestnut. Bao Zhongzhou introduced that in the early 1980 s, 6,000 mu of water chestnuts were planted in only one town in the garage, and most of the products were purchased by canneries in Suzhou and Nantong, and were processed and exported.
