Oenanthe javanica has been planted in Jintan for more than 800 years, especially in Zhu Lin, where there is no water-saving celery. Every 100g of Oenanthe javanica contains 21g of protein, 0.3g of fat, 154mg of calcium, 9.8mg of phosphorus, 23.3mg of iron, 47mg of vitamin C and 4.5mg of carotene. Vitamin C is 7.8 times that of cucumber, vitamin B2 is 4.6 times that of lettuce, calcium content is 19.2 times that of tomato and iron content is 38.5 times that of Chinese cabbage. According to the analysis of iron for enriching blood and nourishing blood, the average person needs to absorb 10mg of iron every day, while 50g of Oenanthe javanica contains 11.6mg. Modern medical scientists have also confirmed the obvious effects of Oenanthe javanica on clearing blood fat, lowering blood pressure and inhibiting cancer. Jintan water-saving celery is a geographical indication certification trademark.
