Maoshan Qingfeng tea

Maoshan Qingfeng tea is a specialty of Jintan City, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Maoshan Qingfeng tea is flat and straight like a sword, with green and smooth color, Gao Shuang aroma, fresh and tender, long and green soup, fresh and mellow taste and bright and complete leaves. Maoshan Qingfeng is produced in Maolu Tea Farm in Jintan, Jiangsu Province, Shimalin Tea Farm and flat fried green tea in the hilly area in the east of Maoshan. Maolu Tea Farm's predecessor, Maolu Company, was built in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty and is famous for producing "flag guns". On this basis, in 1983, the "Maoshan Qingfeng" with the shape of Qingfeng dagger was developed, which was made by picking a bud and a leaf in front of Grain Rain, spreading, deactivating enzymes, shaping, spreading, cooling, steaming and refining. Maoshan Qingfeng is divided into special grade, first grade and second grade. Flat and smooth, graceful and sharp, with Gao Shuang aroma, green and bright soup, fresh and mellow taste, and tender and even leaves. Mainly sold in major cities in Jiangsu. Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong are exported to Japan and Singapore. In 1995, Jintan was named "the hometown of green tea (famous tea) in China". Maoshan tea has many varieties and excellent quality. Among them, "Maoshan Qingfeng" won the national gold medal, "Yuhua" and "Que Tongue" won the gold medal in the first China Food Expo, which sold well at home and abroad. Jintan Maolu Tea Farm was also designated as a national-level tea breeding farm.
