Snow peach

It is a rare late-maturing variety of Rosaceae in the world. Its fruit ripened around beginning of winter, and it was already in the snowy season when it was harvested, so it was named Xuetao. Snow peach is suitable for semi-humid climate, which requires good soil permeability and likes rich water. It is easy to be damaged by cold current before entering the dormancy period. After entering the dormancy period, it is required to have a low temperature of MINUS 8 degrees Celsius -15 degrees Celsius for more than 50 days before it can blossom and bear fruit normally. Snow peaches produced in Pi have good fruit shape and large fruit, with an average fruit weight of 300 grams and a maximum fruit weight of 610 grams.
