Luoma lake crab

Luoma lake crab is a specialty of Xuzhou, Jiangsu, xinyi city and luoma lake. Luoma lake crab is a rare delicacy, with a huge individual, the male being as white as jade and the female as yellow as gold. Luoma lake is one of the inland lakes with relatively well-preserved ecosystem, with excellent environment, pure water quality and rich bait resources such as aquatic plants and benthos, which is an ideal place for crabs to grow and settle down. Crabs in luoma lake are cultivated extensively, and feed on natural bait such as aquatic plants and snails without feeding or using drugs. They are pollution-free green aquatic products and are favored by consumers. Caoqiao Town, xinyi city is close to luoma lake, with more than 20,000 mu of crab culture and paddy field culture around the lake. It is a demonstration base for crab culture in northern Jiangsu.
