Suining Sanshui Pear: Introduced from abroad, it is now well-known at home and abroad and has become a major specialty of Suining. Suining is one of the most suitable areas for pear cultivation. Historically, local famous products such as "Suining Green Pear" and "Kettle" are well-known in the old Yellow River. The results of the general survey of fruit tree variety resources in the province in 1980s showed that there were more than 170 pear variety resources in Suining, accounting for more than half of the total pear resources in the province, and it was the county with the richest pear variety resources in the province. Until today, there are still pieces of old pear trees over 100 years old in Suining, which is a must in the whole province and rare in the whole country. The soil conditions and light and heat resources in Suining County are very suitable for pear growth. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of domestic and international market development, the county party Committee and government have introduced Japanese sand pear series of high-quality products. Thanks to the joint efforts of all departments, the area of high-quality Sanshui pears in this county has reached 125,000 mu, of which, 36,000 mu of high-standard "Sanshui organic pear" shed garden has been recognized as a national pollution-free fruit base. Up to now, Sanshui pear in Suining County has successively registered trademarks such as Lisheng, Nongjia and Xushahe. In January 2004, "Lisheng" Sanshui Pear won the title of "Jiangsu Famous Brand Product". Recently, the county was named "China Sanshui Pear Town". Sanshui pear is the general name of a new generation of Japanese sand pear varieties. Sanshui pear originally refers to three varieties of "Xinshui", "Xingshui" and "Fengshui". Since 1995, a series of high-quality sand pear varieties have been introduced, tested, demonstrated and popularized, and these varieties have similar appearance (round fruit shape, red peel) and quality characteristics (fine pulp, few stone cells and high soluble solid content), so Suining pear farmers have all these varieties. Its common feature is that the meat is tender and refreshing, the flavor is as sweet as honey, and the juice is very much, which is very popular among Japanese consumers. The authentic Sanshui pear series has six varieties, which are named after the first three strains of Xinshui, Xingshui and Fengshui, collectively referred to as Sanshui. Sanshui pear has a common advantage, that is, it does not have pear stone cells that ordinary pears have, so the flesh is delicate and the taste is particularly good.
