Peigongjiu

Jiangsu Peigong Liquor Company is located in the west gate of Peicheng, covering an area of 220 mu, with an annual output of 6,000 tons of Qu liquor. It is one of the largest producers of Qu liquor in Jiangsu Province. The company has strong technical force, including 1 national liquor judge, 2 provincial judges, 4 senior judges and 66 technicians, with advanced equipment, complete detection means, complete quality assurance system and stable and reliable quality. 38-degree Peigong special song and 55-degree Peigong special song won two excellent product certificates in 1987. At the first food fair in China in 1988, 38-degree and 55-degree Peigong special songs won gold and silver awards respectively. In the 1990 Jiangsu Potato Liquor Appraisal Meeting, the 39-degree and 50-degree Peigong Liquor won the first and fourth place respectively. In 1990, the 38-degree and 52-degree Pei Gong Daqu ranked seventh and ninth in the country at the Ministry Excellence Appraisal Meeting. Peigong wine is good and the decoration is unique. Audio Peigong wine and copper-plated purple sand wine are the first in China, which fill the gap in China and are well received by consumers. After tasting Pei Gong's wine, Comrade Yang Chengwu wrote an inscription "The First Wine in Han Family". The poet Ai Qing wrote "Pei Gong's fine wine floats in Wan Li".
