Jiawangdadong Shan Shiliu

Jiawang Dadongshan Pomegranate Garden covers an area of nearly 10,000 mu, with an annual output of 10,000 tons. It is the first pomegranate garden in the province and the third largest pomegranate garden in the country. It has been named as a national production base of pollution-free products by the Ministry of Agriculture and approved by the provincial government as a provincial-level science and technology demonstration park and a provincial-level economic forest and fruit ecological sightseeing demonstration park. Because of the unique natural ecological environment, the pomegranate in Dadongshan is thin-skinned, full-grained and sweet-tasting, and it has won the title of national pollution-free product and Jiangsu famous fruit for many times. After on-the-spot investigation of Shan Shiliu production base of Dadong and sampling tasting, the expert group for evaluating geographical indications of agricultural products in the province thinks that the grains of Shan Shiliu in Jiawang Dadong are crystal-clear, full, large and uniform, with thick and juicy nuclear meat, sweet and refreshing taste, heavy texture, excellent quality and good storage and transportation resistance.
