Yulan cake

Created in 1850 by Wuxi Sunji Cake Group Store, it was named after the magnolia flower season. This cake is made of glutinous rice flour mixed with boiling water into small pieces, made into a cake embryo, filled with vegetable lard, bean paste, fresh meat, roses, sesame seeds and other fillings, put in a pan and fried with oil, which is golden yellow, crispy in the outer skin, soft and waxy in the inner shell, sweet and salty, and attractive in flavor.
