Taihu water shield

Water shield, alias water shield and water sunflower. It is a perennial perennial lake herb. Can be cooked, fried, especially with fish or meat soup, fresh and delicious, sticky and sweet taste, good color, fragrance and taste, known as Jiangnan famous dishes. In early summer, nearly 10,000 mu of lake around Dongting Dongshan is covered with a green water shield, which is beautiful and moving, with an annual output of hundreds of thousands of kilograms.
