Pickled plums are sour and sweet, crisp and delicious. On the morning of July 22nd, 2005, the China Blackberry Forum was held in Baima Town, Lishui County, Nanjing. Many blackberry experts both inside and outside the province unanimously rated Baima Town as "the hometown of blackberries in China". Blackberry is a vine native to North America, and its fruit is sweet and sour. In 1986, Baima Town began to plant blackberries. At present, the planting area has reached 20 thousand mu, ranking first in China. This year, the output of blackberries is close to 10,000 tons, and the demand for fruits is in short supply. In addition, Baima Town has also produced and developed eight series of products, such as blackberry drinks, and won the "Gold Award of 95 China High-tech Products Expo".
