Lishui qingmei

Lishui Plum is a specialty of Lishui District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. Lishui has been built into a national standard demonstration zone for green plums. Plum is a famous fruit in Lishui, and the main processed products are preserved plum, crisp plum, dried plum, plum sauce and plum wine. Lishui introduced more than 2,000 green plums in the early 1980s and planted them in pieces in Fujiabian Modern Agricultural Park in Honglan Town. By the end of 2010, the planting area reached 354.13 hectares, the output was 3,800 tons, and the sales income of fresh fruit was 5.423 million yuan. Fujiabian Fruit Processing Factory and Nanjing Meiwang Food Co., Ltd. produce and process all kinds of green plum series products, with an annual output of more than 4,000 tons and a processing output value of more than 50 million yuan. Fujiabian brand green plum wine and Ningyun brand green plum wine are famous brands in Nanjing.
