[Ingredients/Seasoning] A fat duck is about 1800g, 15g of Cordyceps, 50g of ham, 10g of salt, 10g of monosodium glutamate, 15g of Shaoxing wine, 15g of ginger slices, 20g of chives and 100g of soup. [Production process] 1. Boil the duck in a boiling water pot for a while, remove the fishy smell and blood, and wash it out of the pot. Wash cordyceps sinensis. Slice the ham. 2. Put the duck in a container, add Cordyceps, ham slices, onion ginger and Shaoxing wine, add soup and seasoning, then cover it with cellophane paper and steam it in a cage for about 2 hours until it is crisp.
