Fairy wine

On the basis of collecting the essence of national famous liquor production technology, Shenxian brand liquor is made by selecting high-quality sorghum and traditional Daqu as raw materials, adopting the traditional technology of continuous distiller's grains mixed steaming, pit fermentation and old five retort, picking wine according to quality, grading storage and carefully blending with modern technology. Fairy wine is praised as "Shanghai Little Maotai" by consumers for its unique style of clear and transparent, rich cellar fragrance, sweet and refreshing, and long aftertaste, and is an outstanding representative of Shanghai style wine culture. In recent years, enterprises have successively developed new products such as Little Fairy, Shanghai Laojiao (1608) and Shenjiu, which have enriched the cultural connotation of products and improved their competitiveness. Shenxian brand trademark has been awarded the title of "Shanghai Famous Trademark" for many times, and Shenxian brand qu liquor has been awarded as "Shanghai Famous Brand Product" for eight consecutive years. In recent years, it has been awarded the honor of "National Quality Standard Food" and "China Famous Liquor". In 2004, Shanghai Laojiao won the gold medal in China International Tasting Fair.
