Gordon Euryale cake is named after adding Gordon Euryale powder. Raw material formula: 25 kg of stirred sugar, 25 kg of cake powder and 0.9 kg of Gordon Euryale seed powder. The technological process includes weighing → wiping the cake → filling the pot and cutting → standing → packaging → making method of finished products. 1. Weighing: based on 1.4 kg of finished products in each pot, weigh 0.7 kg of stirred sugar, 0.7 kg of cake powder and 25 g of Gordon Euryale seed powder. 2.
