Because it is homophonic with Hui, it is commonly known as Hui fish among the people, and its scientific name is long snout. Commonly known as Jiangtuan, Bai Ji and Fathead Fish. The fish is thick and long, with a bulging abdomen and a flat tail. The individual weight of the river catfish varies from 1,500 to 2,500 grams, and a few individuals can reach 10 kilograms. The squid is commonly known as Jiangtuan, and Su Dongpo has a poem praising: "The pink stone head is still boneless, and the white puffer fish does not cure people. If you send a message to God and Hebo, why not beg for water scales? " Catfish has the delicacy of puffer fish and crucian carp, but not the poison of puffer fish and the thorns of crucian carp.
