Qibao Wine Brewery is mainly based on the original "Qibao Daqu" formula and technology, using land pits and distillation pots, taking sorghum and bran as raw materials and adding high-quality koji, which can be sold after fermentation, distillation and storage. In the front shop and the back shop of the wine shop, visitors can witness the whole process of wine making. Selling while brewing truly reflects the old bottle of new wine. The chefs who make wine used to be workers in Qibao Brewery. Qibao old wine is operated by hand. As soon as you enter the store, you can feel the fragrance of distiller's grains. This is floating from their wine steamer, and new wine is baked every noon. As soon as the old wine arrives in the mouth, it passes through the throat like a thread and slides down instantly. I can't stay if I want to, and there is no very spicy feeling in my throat.
